We envision that requests for Townsville & Districts Mendi Blackhawks players and staff to attend promotions and events will be in heavy demand throughout the season from March through to September. We will endeavour to support as many requests as possible however playing and training commitments will be our first priority followed by the requirements of our development and community programs.
We have a limited budget for our Community Program so we are unable to fulfil all requests for donations of merchandise. All requests received will be assessed by the Club with the requesting organisation advised of the availability of players and/or donation request within 2 weeks of submitting the application.
All requests for players/staff appearances at Community events can be made by completing and submitting the attached form at least four weeks prior to the event.
Please note: Priority will be given to requests submitted by Townsville & Districts Mendi Blackhawks RLFC members.
